Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at Orbitspace.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Important:
Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return instructions and address.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund

(No return required in most cases.)


Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept returns if:

  • The item has been used excessively or damaged after delivery

  • The return request is made after 30 days


Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped.


Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will provide the correct return address after your request is approved.


Late or Missing Refunds
